The IoT Gateway is the device that receives data from wireless sensors and makes such data available for monitoring in its embedded software interface and also enables the integration of such data with other automation and management systems. The embedded configuration tools enable reading and writing of variables for integration with automation systems via Modbus LTE, Ethernet IP and other protocols, while the embedded database enables data integration with other management systems using APIs or other forms of integration database.
